The title "Haiku - Rose in Crystal Vase" Open in new Window. and description of this poem hooked me. This is a traditional haiku of 5, 7, 5 syllables which paints a beautiful and sad word picture of a rose in a crystal vase.

What I liked: The last line is my favorite because it suggest that the rose is crying.
