*Ornament2r* General Impressions: This poem is about a domestic abuse situation and the feelings of the girl involved in it. It has a lot of imagery that helps build the emotion and tell a story. Some people end up in bad relationships like this and it's sad when they're so damaged by it. Hopefully you're doing better now, if it's based on your experiences.

*Ornament1g* Best Parts: My favorite part by far was the final line: I am stained. It's so final and blunt that it takes the reader by surprise a bit. When you get out of a situation like this it's hard not to feel like you've been damaged by it in some way. Even once you move past it, you're always going to have that 'stain' in your mind because of the abusive situation.

I also liked the stanza before it describing things the narrator had done to survive the abuse. There are a lot of metaphors there and the point is conveyed well there.

*Ornament3r* Possible Suggestions: I thought the verb-tense change in the first stanza was a bit strange. It begins with past tense and then jumps to present tense for the last three lines. In the second-to-last stanza though the verbs go back to past tense. I would suggest making these consistent throughout.

*Ornament4g* Summary: In all, this was an interesting poem to read and the emotions conveyed the situation well. Thanks again for sharing with us!
