What a unique contest! It seems you have put a new twist on things here. Instead of a Newbie Contest, you have come up with a Newbie judging contest for Preferred Authors and above!

I have a few suggestions listed below. My reviews are intended to be helpful and encouraging, not hurtful in any way. Use what you feel works, and leave the rest.

First of all, do not become discouraged by only a few entries in the beginning. It takes awhile for other members to take notice at first, especially with so many contests out there. But don't be too quick to give up. They'll come around. Make sure you advertize, for instance, on the Newsfeed site and especially the Contest forum. Do you receive the Contest Newsletter? Be sure to submit it there, also. It will catch on.

The only typo I found was:

First Place: Awardicon and 10,00 Gift Points
Either you forgot a zero or misplaced your comma.

You might find in the future, that awarding all those great gps plus an awardicon every other week, will deplete your bank funds in hurry, especially if you are rewarding members with MBs for reviewing the entries, too, which brings me to:

Everyone who reads and reviews all the entries will also earn a reviewing Merit Badge!

Is this for Newbies only? Or everyone? If it's for everyone and there are only a few entries, you might be surprised at how many MBs you'll be handing out.

Or perhaps you are just super-duper extra generous and rich! In that case, please ignore my rambling.

Your rules are stated clearly. I like that this has a different twist to it. I wish you the best of luck and hope you get tons of donations!
