Come Home... ![]() Come, this is home... A Joseph's Star Poem. ![]() |
Hello Princess Zelda ![]() ![]() It's been pleasure to review your "Come Home..." ![]() ![]() Zelda, I chose to review this poem because of your newsfeed post and mostly because WDC's 15th birthday is one step closer. There's no too much rhyme within the poem because it's written in specific scheme, Joseph's Star Poem so, I wasn't expecting any rhyme. ![]() From the beginning you described what word home means to you and for the most of us here. Besides writing there are also friends that you consider as family here. I like stanza my castle. It gave me feeling of being queen of a kingdom that you built by yourself, in the other words we are all kings and queens of our writing here, castle is the site by itself and our friends and family are those that we chose here, those we built for ourselves by our writing and participating around site's activities and supporting every each one of them. You explained it within few words and with a scheme. First comes your joy for the writing, then comes a friends that like your writing within online community, getting reviews and support makes you feel like you got new family in that castle that you built which you call home at the end. ![]() I feel like in some holiday mood by reading this but I also feel nostalgic about everything. Well, for sure the site will be in some kind of holiday mood for its anniversary in just a few days but the word home always wake up nostalgic feeling weather we are part of it or not. I wouldn't change anything within this poem just for the reason we all feel it different yet the same. Home is where the heart is and we all know where our hearts belongs. Thanks for sharing this piece with us and I hope this year you'll have some more written poems or stories based on your feeling of home when it comes about Writing.Com in general. ![]() ~Minja~ "SIMPLY POSITIVE GROUP" ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
