Overall Impression:

This is a touching poem, dear author. A poem about potential heartbreak.

Relationships aren't always easy. No matter what draws people together, there are always issues that can draw them apart. It is good to keep hoping, keep communicating, keep working on it... but there are some things that can be difficult to overcome, and sometimes these prove to be too difficult. And overall, yes, there has to be love. Without mutual love, no relationship can last.

On the technical side of things, you have done a good job with this poem. It has a pleasant rhythm and flow. It's nicely presented. I think it's a good read.

Suggestions:

I have no suggestions about the poem's content. I like it just the way it is. The only thing I'd suggest is allowing the capitalisation at the beginning of each line to depend upon the individual sentences within the piece. This would perfect the overall clarity and reading experience.
