How are you doing today? I just read your first entry for March's "Invalid Item"  and thought I'd leave a review on it, since reviewing group members is one of the tasks for this month anyway. I think it's really cool that you're branching out and starting to talk about your struggles with mental health issues. I know it's difficult to do at first because it is something new and vulnerable, but I think you'll find a lot of company within the group. Most of the members aren't super comfortable with fully discussing their issues yet, but everyone is building toward it with each completed task.

It's cool that another WDC group has helped you out a lot too. There's a really great community here to build a great support system with. I agree that addressing the root of the problem is the only way to achieve long-term success. A one off challenge is great for jumpstarting your motivation, but you have to build longevity in order to improve.

I can't wait to see what else you have in store for us this month. Remember to just take things at your own pace. I only completed, like, 6 of my own challenges last month. Let me know if you have a concern about any of the tasks. I'm super flexible about the terms of the task, so you can adapt things to fit your personal needs.
