Overall Impression:

As someone who loves cats, it's no surprise that I felt drawn to this poem, and that I enjoyed it. I think it will bring many people a smile! *Smile*

I love how this so well reflects the personality of a cat. The look they give us when their plate's not full enough. The way that they want pets and cuddles - but only on their terms! The adventures that they go on. The way that their purr brings us so much joy. It's why we love them. I sometimes wonder if they find us just as peculiar. It's a good thing that they love us, too.

On the technical side of things, this poem has a nice rhythm and flow. There's some nice rhyme in there as well. Good job!

Suggestions:

I do have a couple of suggestions, dear Hope. I hope that you will find them helpful!

*Snow2* You use some punctuation in this poem, and that is very welcome. I recommend going for full punctuation. Punctuation assists the overall clarity and reading experience of the piece. It guides the reader along. Not just question marks and periods either, but some well-placed commas here and there. For example:

Come for a snuggle my darling

Could become:

Come for a snuggle, my darling.

It's a subtle change, but it does add that bit of rhythm.

*Snow2* If you do opt for full punctuation, I suggest allowing the capitalisation at the beginning of each line to depend upon the individual sentences within the piece. So, for example:

You are very judgmental
For a fluffy pussy cat

Would become:

You are very judgemental
for a fluffy pussycat.

My Rating:

This is an adorable poem about life with a cat. I enjoyed the read.

I did have a couple of suggestions, but nothing major. Therefore, I will give this item a rating of 4.5 out of 5.
