Hello, Averren!
INITIAL IMPRESSION / OVERVIEW:

I enjoyed reading your easy tzaziki recipe.

Your writing kept me riveted and I read straight through to the end.
MORE DETAILED FEEDBACK:

Happy Writing.Com Anniversary month! I found this tzaziki recipe of yours sometime in the past and enjoyed it, but didn't have time to fully read it, never mind review it right then, so I flagged it for an anniversary review (meaning I saved the link to it in a special "August" file.

). I hope you enjoy this review as a celebration of your time here and find the review uplifting.

Most of the tzaziki recipes I've read before seemed really complicated (grate, strain and do all kinds of things to the cucumber). Yours seems easy enough for anyone to make. I can even substitute a vegan yogurt ... though finding two pounds of it might be hard. I might start with a quarter batch. But I haven't had good tzaziki in ages so I'm very much looking forward to this! And glad I saved it so I wouldn't forget about it. I especially loved that you picked up this recipe in actual Greece! I expect that I will enjoy it greatly. I'm going to stick the link to it in my menu planner after sending this review.

I'm glad you and your family enjoy this recipe and I look forward to trying it and thank you for sharing it here.

I loved that your Greek flag thumbnail picture for this tzaziki recipe of yours is perfect for the item.

Thank you for serving our country in the United States Air Force! I wondered if they'd accompanied you to Greece?

I didn't notice any spelling or grammatical mistakes (or mistakes of any kind) in your tzaziki recipe.

I wondered if you picked up a gyro recipe while in Greece? If you did and have the link here, please share it.
IDEAS TO MAKE YOUR PIECE STRONGER:
I would love to have something great to share here, but I think it's wonderful as it is. Well done!
The only improvements I can think of don't have anything to do with the tzaziki recipe itself or your writing. One is to add a picture of the finished tzaziki recipe. The other is to see if there's a "food" genre that you could use instead of "other" as I think that might get you more readers to enjoy your wonderful creation.
CONCLUSION:

I enjoyed reading your tzaziki recipe and look forward to making it soon.

Thank you for sharing your time, creativity, heart, experience, and writing with the Writing.Com community!

Once again, happy anniversary month! I hope the year ahead is filled with blessings and joy for you!
May love, joy and peace be yours in abundance!
