I really like the simplicity of this Dear Me letter. So many people overcomplicate it with long lists or detailed nuances of all the things they want to accomplish; I appreciated the acknowledgement that some simple practices are all that's needed sometimes, and that you've thought about how to motivate yourself to accomplish them.

Overall
