Positives

I thought you did a good job laying out your goals for 2025. They were clearly organized and well articulated.


Suggestions

I'd suggest actually linking the WdC item you're referencing for creating a WdC succession plan. Just naming the number number itself makes it difficult for the reader to know what you're referencing; I'd either name the item as well, or create a WritingML link to it since you already have the number listed.


Overall

Overall, this was a good effort. Nice work!
