INITIAL IMPRESSION / OVERVIEW:  I enjoyed reading your "Everyday Moments" poem every time I read it, including today. Your writing kept me riveted and I read straight through to the end every time.MORE DETAILED FEEDBACK:  Happy Writing.Com Anniversary month! I read this "Everyday Moments" poem of yours sometime in the past and enjoyed it greatly, but didn't have time to review it right then, so I flagged it for an anniversary review (meaning I saved the link to it in a special "June" file.  ). I hope you enjoy this review as a celebration of your time here and find the review uplifting and encouraging. It is meant to be honest and respectful, and in accordance with WDC guidelines. I loved everything about your poem. It felt almost like a lullaby of gratitude for everyday moments, though that lullaby part may be influenced by the fact that I'm tired and ready to get ready for bed. I loved the rhyming in your poem so much. I think that lent greatly to the musical feeling of it. I thought the form you used was perfect for the message of your poem. My favorite stanza was the last one, possibly because I'm partial to cats. I liked that your cat made it into the second stanza too. If I had to pick just one line as my favorite though, it'd be this one: "in a flowing tide, dancing through time" just because I love it, and the images it conveys. I thought you did a great job with the prompt and am impressed that you most likely came up with this lovely poem in under twenty four hours. I didn't notice any spelling or grammatical mistakes (or mistakes of any kind) in your "Everyday Moments" poem. I thought the experience, personal, and writing genres you selected for this poem's folder were appropriate matches for this poem in particular as well. My very favorite part of your "Testimonies" blog post is that your love for life, appreciation for the beauty of simple moments, and heart of gratitude shined throughout it.IDEAS TO MAKE YOUR PIECE STRONGER: I would love to have something great to share here, but I think it's wonderful as it is.
