Greetings.
Read your poem just now, pulled by the intriguing title.
And I just the solemn-cum-humorous vibes of your lovely creation.
This is the best line I liked:
“The sullen, syllabic army still sits”
How hilarious it is to visualize this army, who otherwise is so helpful to almost all writers at almost all times, refuses to help you this one time.
So sad!
It is clear to me that you have ample talents.
So, please keep writing more and thus, blessing this world with your good vibes.
