Ask & Answer

Replies to my last Contests & Activities newsletter "Point of No Return that asked: What have you got to show for?

None. *Yikes*

But W.P. Gerace wrote me something for the newsletter before "Motivation:
Greetings Ms. Annette,
I do hope you are doing well today. I like to comment on what motivates me to participate in the contests. Sorry I am late on this. But I would like to say what motivates me and the contest I almost do daily sort of as a warm up exercise before the main piece or pieces I am working on is the Writer's Cramp. It's only up to 1000 words and normally the prompts are something I can write to if it is not then I will work on something else and sometimes even look at another contest to enter. I really find this contest really helpful to me as I look at it as a Warm Up exercise sort of speak before I do my main writing. I have to say the last few weeks I kind of been absent from my writing and Writing.com due to personal reasons but I am now getting back into it. I love this place. Thanks for your wonderful newsletter. Have a wonderful blessed day friend. :)
Yours Truly,
Bill G.

Hello Bill, Thank you for your kind words. You are so right that "The Writer's Cramp is a perfect way to warm up for longer writing. The daily format makes it easy to jump in at any time.
I am glad to know that you are getting back into writing and that you like it here.
