My eyes rest upon this stranger
My heart warns of his danger

At the sight of him, my pulse quickened
His deep blue eyes kept me frightened
Of what I might have lost had I not hastened
To the echoes of his rich laughter I listened

I took my time and walked slowly
His enchanting gaze was lovely
It got me lost and I was sorry
