I want to Sing you a Song

well this is a poem i wrote for some girl,and though it's pretty bad,i kinda like it

I want to sing you a song
I want to donate you my lungs
I want to gift you my air
And breathe for you

I want to write you a song
I want to offer my soul
I want to devote you my heart
And beat it for you

But it has failed us both

I want to scream at the heavens
Until the clouds tear open
And the sun bleeds its light through them
To brighten the grey-toned day for you

I want to cry you a river
And flood it out over this land
To drown myself so you can
See what you mean to me
