A short poem I wrote when I was frustrated

The World Only Sucks if you Suck


A sunny disposition
Is something I lack
But maybe you will excuse that
For I can still make you laugh
With sarcasm and satire
The world is funny in a sick way
World hunger, AIDS, and pain
We’re all going to die anyway!
So why care, why help?
If nothing matters worth smack,
Because life’s about making the world better
So get off your ass, Jack!
We’re only here for a short time,
And I have a feeling this is it,
So get going, leave the TV,
It’s a worthless piece of shit
And I bet if you start now,
Your life will matter to someone else
So leave the bitterness to me
And get over yourself
