This is for my sister-law and all nurses.

The Nurse

A nurse is someone
who shows compassion,

a man or woman
it doesn't matter.

They're overworked
and underpaid,

but still they come
to work each day.

They put up with
a lot of bull,

from doctors and patients
who are very rude.

So remember the
next time,

when you need
a nurse,

be thoughtful
and kind,

and they
will be too.
