A photo of a friend
a simple reminder of fun
all of our good times
printed into one.

She reminds me life can be better
a frown can be fixed for all
if i ever have a problem
i just give her a call.
She listens
and sympathises
and puts me in my place
but she knows that feelings
are as tender as fine lace.

We shall be friends forever
forever and a day
but if nothing last forever
let friendship be our nothing aye.
