The little girl is chasing
Love is what she seeks
From the men in her life
All of whom were weak

The weakest one of all
The one she needed most
He help give her life
But never kept her close

Instead to give her love
He cause much abuse
The path she had to travel
Not the one she would have choose

The strength this girl have
Will never be denied
Overcoming all, is what
In her self she pride

The little girl is chasing
Some day she will find
What it is she seeks
From the beast call mankind

What she have learned
On this rugged path
No one deserve to be treated
With this kind of wrath

So she have grown to forgive
Those who cause her pain
But vow never to let them
Ever, hurt her again

A little girl is chasing
Now ready for a fight
With power to do wrong
But the will to do right

And some day in her struggles
