Alone With You

Being alone with the one I love

Alone with you, long walks through the park

I felt as though I was paralyzed from the inside and out.

In the paths of oncoming insects and unknown animals,

the sounds around us gets louder as we continue to go.

The park could be relaxing at times but at that moment
we were more than relaxed

Steadily walking enjoying the night scene around us
as though we couldn't move

We were paralyzed.......

Paralyzed by the the presence of one another.
