The following unfinished and admittedly rough collection of short stories weave together the evolution of a powerful bond that endured more than a decade of the dysfunctional
Rural American family. The locations presented are based on an actual town. The people present are dramatizations and only roughly based on real persons. The events contained within are likewise dramatizations and only partly based on real events. The events cover a span of more than twenty years with later chapters (as yet incomplete) covering adult years.
