Feelings Wrapped In A Blanket

My feelings are wrapped in a blanket,
Hanging low,
Wobbling to and frow

The blanket drips
It drips of sorrow and hurt,
Yet the drops never reach the floor

I feel these emotions seeping through
As they do,
The blanket stretches

Don't want to be mean
I wish not to make a scene,
So the blanket absorbs the drops


My emotions will hide
Doing this will give me no pride,
But I must never show my emotions to you

The blanket crumples
My heart shrinks
Not letting the drops drip,
What was I to think?
