This poems tells of the things my walls would say if they could talk.

If My Walls Could Talk

If my walls could talk
They would have a story to tell
About a young girl
Too hurt to love
But forbidden to hate

They would tell of her life
Of how she grew up too fast
Of how she did things she didn't want
And why she did it

They would tell of her struggles
The heartache she beared
The pain she felt
And the hurt she overcame

They would tell of her feelings
Of why she loves
Of why she hates
And why she even bothers

They would tell of her cries
Like how many nights she cried
Like how she'll cry today
And a day before yesterday only after tomorrow

They would tell of her as a whole
Her struggles,heartaches, and pain
Her loves,hates, and cries
And her being her and no one else

If my walls could talk
They would have a story to tell
The story of me
The person I was
And the person I will come to be

But only "if" my walls could talk
