Every time I have a new review; Inside, I am nervous,

I will be honest,
Every time I have a new review;
Inside, I am nervous,
Knowing I cannot please all of you!

Afraid, I click “review”.
My eyes go for the rate,
It is two stars; just two?
This piece is a mistake!

I feel insulted; it’s unfair!!
I wrote this poem with such emotions,
But the meters are off she says!
What are meters? Teach me a lesson!

Mistakes are good to have,
Since that is how my writing got better!
Emotions I know I had,
But I didn’t know the rules; I was amateur and still am!

I will be honest;
I thought my poems would give me the gold!
But I was wrong;
I was only a beginner, not a professional!
