GOOBER, a male Tom

A short quip revealing Goober's ordeal.

Goober was neutered today ---
         a big step for a stray.
A necessity that might have scared him away.

His ordeal intrigued my other three.

He fights to get back outdoors, and
         I realize high-strung is his personality.

Goober lived 15 years and passed away peacefully in his sleep April 24, 2022. He was a well-loved, awesome companion for many years.
