what is love, this word use to tell meaning, to tell one hearts belief

this thing lost so easily, yet is used more times then most

this word telling the heart true thoughts

why should we give affection or love to people to take it,

but break you down with it

take your heart with no care or affection in return

yet they take it with not one thought or care

why should we give what is taken without thought or care

who can be trusted with the thoughts of the heart, without misusing the power you gave them

why should we give them that power when they misuse it

why should we give them a power over ourselves that we give so easy

why should we give away love, the heart true thoughts, true meanings

why give away your heart itself, when all it does is bring pain, and hurt, why waste the heart truths, and thoughts

why, oh why, give away that which is the only real truth, of the soul, and of the heart!
