Who’s in my family?
Have I been here before?
What happened to me?
Why can’t I remember?
Where are my memories?

Every animal I see
Beautiful colours
So many species
Each so different
Have I seen them before?
Where are my memories?

As I walk down the street
The people I see
Staring at me
Each so different
Have I met them before?
Where are my memories?

People look at me
What do they see?
The scar on my face
Or the man struggling to live with his loss
How did I get my scar?
Where are my memories?

Flashes of the past
Whispers of the future
Hiding secrets
Searching for hope
Nightmares of the past
Dreams for the future
