in my sixteen years

i dont want it to end with a knife

crank up the volume
forget im an emotion train wreck
and just dance to the rhythm
go out with some friends
on the weekends
we'll have a great time
and listen to sublime
we'll go to a concert
and then out for some dessert
but in the end all that matters
is that our lives dont shatter
and we've got each other
