I am new to writing, and I need ratings!

I have just begun writing. I am very passionate about it. I wish that I could call it something other than a hobby. I want to call it a job. But I don't know if I will take up a career as a writer, if I don't get any feedback. I posted one story up here over a month ago, and I still don't have any reviews. To you people looking at stories, it wouldn't take much effort to rate it. So please, RATE TRUTHFULLY!!!
