The angel that saved my ship

this poem is about someone im yet to meet. its like im looking into the future with hope

Like a sunken ship i lay
A monument in the ocean of life
After the sound of a thousand storms
Broke through my heart and left me deppressed.

I searched the ocean's darkest parts
In search of shores with sands of hope
But found myself face to face
With the eyes of thundering grief.

But one night as defeat tossed at my ship
I saw a light rise over the sea
A star that shines like a thousand suns
Hope that calms the roughest sea.

This light was my tears
And opened my eyes to see
The beautiful star that saved my ship
An angel that is you.
