To think that I can't get lost inside you
         when I already am
is a gift you need to explore
and not condemn me for.
For me to feel
         the way I feel,
it takes a lot of emotional touch;
I understand your guardedness.
But let me feel what I feel;
alone and personable.
You bring out the best in me;
when will you get the rest of me?
You fill me with hope
but I cope and cope and I cope.
We know each other's dreams;
but we hope, I hope we hope, I hope.
One day you and I
         will be you and I
until the day we die.

         will be the you and I
we want to be
forever until the end of time.
