Comparing the country and the city. |
| In the city the lights shine bright, Making the buildings a glorious sight. The sound is exciting when you walk down the street, Never knowing what people you'll just happen to meet. In the country, however, There's peace all around. Except for the animals, Making animal sounds. Trees stand around little huts in the forest, Where people get visits from peace- seeking tourists. Country and city are as different in smell, As they are in sound and sights as well. And though excitement goes riding through town, To a farmer, nothing's more exciting than a big carrot mound. |
