I need some help with something with a book I am going to be writing.

I am going to be writing a book that is based on a True story... about my husbands life because he asked me to write it.

However he also asked me that when I start to write it that I change all the names of everyone in it, but I do not know if I can or even if I should.
The reason I do not know if I can is because I am afraid that I am going to wind up using several names over again for different people.
The reasons I do not know if I should is because it is supposed to be a Real life story about his life and if I change the names of everyone in it I am afraid no one will realize who it is about.

So here is my Question:

Do I change Everyones names?
