Those feelings you get when a loved one leaves when you're not ready

This is for you, from me, thanking you.
In the short while you've been here,
There has been nothing to fear.
You were a joy to have around,
There was never a chance to sit and frown.
It's a shame you had to go so quick,
I hope you come back soon!
Now that you've gone the house is too quiet and nothing's the same,
Mum and I both miss you, so I just want to say:
