Listen to me, my child.
Be attentive to hear,
the words I will make clear
in your heart.
I am near you, my child.
A breath away from you,
and all you need to do
is give me more of you.

Come, I will fill you,
empty yourself.
Fill you to overflowing
to touch someone else.
Keep in mind, I am the vine,
the source of your life.
Abide in me and you will see
the word glorified.

Listen to me, my child.
Although the way seems rough,
my grace will be enough, for you.
Draw close to me, my child.
The love that I will give,
will flow through you and live
in your heart.

Come closer now, my child.
The cross I see thats there,
is one I want to bear with you.
