Written for a saying that my "big brother" always says!

Smile!
Such a simple word,
Told in simple ways.
It holds a peace,
And brightens cloudy days.

Smile!
It works every time,
Curving upward on my lips.
Coming from a big brother,
it always works on "lil sis".

Smile!
Even when I don't want to,
Someone can always make me.
It brightens the gloom
So I do it happily!
