Cross Your Heart And Lie To Me

I dunno. I was just feeling really alone one day. And I wrote a poem. Well, a ton of them.

I can't help but see the world outside
So cheery, and full of life.
But I am here in gloomy despair
With darkness surrounding in every way.
And I can't find some light so that I can see
And I can't find a person who'll keep me close
So I sit in the darkness and wait for a while
For my one chance to leave
And finally smile.
