'Lay Man!' once was all 'Merry'

But I-Banking became a sour cherry

'Lynched' at the Wall Street

Markets are beating a retreat





It started when the 'Bear' Stunned

They saved it from being gunned

"Too Big to Fail" they said

So taxpayer's money they paid





Then came 'Freddie' and 'Fannie'

Both were saved by Washington Granny

There was lot of cacophony

Businesses were a lot phoney





Finally the 'Fed' was fed up

It was enough! A lot was paid up

Once mighty I-Banks are now pale

God only knows who else will fail!
