destination, its unimportant/
enjoy the ride. enjoy the night.
the lights of this town,
[so lackluster in the day]
take on a new life
its hard to say
how do you express
pure beauty
without tainting the experience
so real and so new
like a newborn person
just out of the womb
crawling unknowingly towards
what you can't see
glowing poles and traffic signs
convenience stores and satellites
two bikes riding side by side
the world blurs slowly
outside my mind
