Don’t ever tell is all you are told
In time your heart becomes so cold
Mind games begin to make you insane
Enduring all this heartache and pain
Standing alone just a face in the crowd
Trying to speak out but your voice is not loud
Inside your soul is beginning to die
Knowing that your life is a lie

Violence and insults are only a part
In time it destroys your soul and your heart
Over and over just when will it end ?
Living in a make believe world you pretend
Everything’s normal and life is so great
Never showing the fear , anger and hate
Confidence gone and self esteem shot
Everything you once were , you now have forgot
