My favorite song has no words to it just

A strong and steady beat and that

To me is just fine.





For this strong and steady beat has steered me through

The worst of storms and guided me to harbors

Where peace of mind and calm I find.





While climbing up the steep mountain side tired I will be

This steady beat strength has given to help me

In this daunting struggle of a climb!





As I travel on this road called life at times it will seem dark

And no light there I see to help me in my journey

But then because of the steady beat a light will shine.
