A complete thought

A poem about feeling frazzled

The ADD has got me

It won't let go you see

I want to do the lesson

But I so have to pee



The kettle there is screaming

I rush to sate my need

But by the time I get back

The animals, I must feed



Dinner's in the oven

Stop the steaming pot

Wash that dish for storing

The time set?  No, its not



Check the roast for browning

And the dryer plays its tune

Run into the laundry room

I'm feeling like a loon



After we are well fed

I cozy to my chair

To get back to my lesson

And I find myself here
