A plan for a romantic meeting goes as expected!

The idea was as we agreed
A lovers meeting to fill a need
All day we’d toil and work away

First one there would run the bath
Sudsy water, free at last!
Rose petals to float on top
Once we started hard to stop

All the while a simple plan
Naked skin and gentle hands
Scented oil we’d rub in

Candles flicker a soft golden glow
Lover’s embraced the feelings grow
Anticipation can no longer wait
Passions endeavor our planned escape

Satisfaction between the sheets
Our time together a serious treat
Busy days and hectic nights
Time alone is out of sight

Our passion spent desire sated
We regret how long we waited
