How do you find
That missing part of your life,
When you don’t even know
Which direction to go?

You search for point B
When you should be hunting C,
Trying to make a change
Of 15 years of the same!

Not sinking in a drink
Or following the white line,
Trying to be the best
Mother I knew how to be.

Now the kids are growing
And I can’t find my way,
Like a lost puppy
With the saddest eyes of grey.

As I shake my head
And shrug my shoulders,
It’s as if I can hear myself whisper
Once upon A lost dream!
