I want to write something great
A poem that stands out
Not another facade
Something that has meaning
Like infinite love
Or "Do you believe in god"
I want you to acknowledge
I want you to feel
I want to write something
Edgy and graphic
Something real
I want to bring tears
To your eyes
I want you to feel
The anger of that
I despise
I want you to grasp
every word
Like it's something
You've never heard
I want you to hunger
for more
I want to open
the next door
I want you to see
What I need most
Is for you
