Are now suffocated by this raging storm



Eyes gaze below

Exploring the edge

Once erupting with unrestrained enthusiasm

Are now enslaved in this enclosure



Ears listen close

Engulfed in the euphoria

Once enchanted by the euphony

Are now emotionless to the elements



Lips tremble

Let out one last lament

Once lavished sweet lullabies

Are now lost among lies



Feet are ready

Finally embracing the fall

Once free to take flight

Are now falling from the fringe
