Acceptance

Blue eyed friend, you excite me and entice me.
My imagination soars. my mind has never been so busy.
Ideas of what could be, things i could never do , or say aloud,
My body hums in anticipation, I am electrified.

I love you, because you don't judge me.
You accept that I am flawed, but worthy.
Everything I offer is taken at face value, my insecurities fade.
You see me with your heart and say "so?"

It is an awesome quality you possess.
You wear it so quietly, so well.
Imperfect as you may be, I admire you,
No one is exempt.

I do not use the term " I love you" lightly.
There is nothing attached, nothing expected in return.
I am a heartful person, you knew that.
Now I have become hopeful and joyous as well
