An immediate blockage. Lack of blood and oxygen impact quickly.  The girl clutches her arm almost fainting. Intense pain radiates throughout chest. Squeezing tight then letting go. Burning anguish causes innumerable tears.  Physically being torn asunder. Damaged vascular organ. Blood thudding loudly inside eardrums. Nausea makes rosy cheeks pallid. Glistening, cold sweat gathers across furrowed brow. Breathing, nothing more than rasping gasps. Life flashes before scared doe eyes. “Oh my God, help me!” echoes on deaf ears. Fear overtakes all senses. She reaches out for support. He watches not knowing what to do.
