Risking my life
To save others
Watching the ones close to me die
My friends…my brothers.

Killing many
All who crosses my path
This is all going by too fast
Forcing me to remember my past

So many Gunshots
Surrounding me
When the people see
Life isn’t what it was meant to me.

Praying for it to end
The bloodshed
The carnage
There is nothing left to defend

When will this stop?
So much war
That will never end
Too many people have died.
