I do not keep a diary. I have tried many times, but it seems I am just not disciplined enough. I do have a journal. I don't write in every day like a traditional diary/journal. i keep my story ideas in it, the ones that have a clear beginning, middle and end. Everything pertaining to the story is in the journal: the original summarized idea, the outline and first draft. I'm really not a blogger, but from what I hear it strikes me as public journaling.
